About Me

I'm currently applying my years of SaaS expertise as the Research Operations & Enablement Manager at Figma, where I make research run smoother, faster, and smarter. I specialize in scaling programs, building systems that scale, and using AI to supercharge how research happens (including some scrappy bots that actually get things done and amplify VoC).

My path? Fine art school, 8 years at Wix.com supporting real humans with real design problems, then hopping over to Asana to scale UXR programs and experiment with AI-powered enablement tools. I’ve lived deep in both customer experience and operational infrastructure—and I’m here for the magic that happens when they meet.
