About Me

With years of SaaS experience, extensive AI expertise, a background in operations, and a passion for optimizing the end customer experience, I have dedicated my career to enabling creative organizations to thrive.

My studies in Fine Art at San Francisco State University lead me to my eight-year stint at Wix.com, where I learned firsthand the functional and business value of good UX and UI, including accessibility and iteration, through helping customers address their website design hurdles directly, and later through the launch and management of the Usability Lab in San Francisco. 

 

I later joined Asana, where my work with the UXR team, running usability tests and evaluations on the Asana.com, inspired me to join a UX/UI program at the University California, Berkeley. Their intensive six-month program gave me even more hands-on exposure to working the Double Diamond and direct experience working on a design team. I now sit on the Asana UXR Team as a Senior Program Lead, focused on usability, scaling operational programs, and enhancing our research capabilities with AI, including building bespoke AI research assistants.
